The prices shown in USD and EUR under the products are a guide price only as the actual prices will fluctuate with the exchange rate.

To find products. 

From the homepage: there some popular categories/pictures for you to click on to take you to that category.

Or you can press Products on the left hand side column, these will take you to the main Category page. Then click on the product you want.

You can enter relevant words into the search box on the top right and press search. 

Each category is broken down into subcategories, just select the one you would like to look at, this takes you to a list of products with a small picture and a short descriptions. If you would like to see a larger picture and a more detailed description, just click the picture or press Details.

You will then be shown much more detail about the product.

To add items to your cart.

To select an item for purchase, press "Add to Cart" button, a screen will come up to show you the contents of your cart.

 You can then select your country if not already showing in the box and press "Update totals". The VAT will be added or deducted as applicable to your country and the postage charges will be estimated for you as a guide. (correct shipping will be shown later when you give your address details).

 You can then choose to "Continue Shopping" if you wish to browse more products, again if you wish to purchase just press "Add to Cart" on your selected item/s and these will also be added to your cart.

To change your items in your cart.

You can delete items from your cart if you are not happy or have changed your mind. Under the column titled 'Select', click the small box next to the item/s you want to delete and then press 'Delete'. Your shopping cart will refresh showing you your new contents.

If it is empty it will say so, just press "Continue Shopping" to browse more items.

If you still have other items left in your cart these will be shown.

You can change the quantity of items in your cart, for example if you have 1 greeting card in your cart and you want 2 of them, then under the quantity column next to your item change the 1 to a 2 and then press "Update Totals" and the cart will refresh showing 2 greeting cards and the prices accordingly.

When you are happy with your item/s in your cart then press "Checkout"

To Checkout.

You are then taken to a new page (and may be presented with a new secure/non secure features window - just press no) where you will enter your name and address details (the little stars indicates required information that needs to be filled in).

For UK residents please select your county using the drop down menu box 'Select County' - press the small arrow next to it and then all counties should be shown.
For Non UK residents - just ignore the 'Select County' box.

Near the bottom there is a drop down menu for you to choose how you want to pay.

Press the small arrow and the box will open up showing you the 2 options:
Credit Card/Debit Card - via Paypal (You don't need a Paypal account) UK/Worldwide and
Credit Card via NOCHEX - UK Cards Only

Select your choice and then press the "Checkout" button.

Again you may be presented with a new secure / non secure features window - just press no to be more secure.

If there is more than one shipping option for your country then this will be shown on the next page (choose whichever you prefer and then press the "Checkout button" again). For postage options see below

Then you will be taken to a summary of your total cost: Item totals + shipping costs = Total to pay.

You need to press the "Checkout" button again.

If you selected either Paypal or Nochex as a payment method, you will be taken to either Paypal or Nochex website, just follow the onscreen prompts to process your payment.

When completed, just press the "Return to merchant" button and you will be taken back to our shop and shown your order details. A copy of this will be sent via email but you can press "Printable version" button if you then wish to print a copy for yourself.

 We will then contact you via email as your order progresses and to let you know when your item/s have been shipped to you.

Postage

UK Postage:

We offer 2 Royal Mail Services and a Courier service.
Royal Mail Recorded Signed for requires a signature on delivery and is usually next working day but not guaranteed.

This gives us proof of posting and delivery and allows the use of Track and Trace on Royal Mail website.
We recommended this for most items.

Royal Mail First Class is usually 1-3 working days, requires no signature but sometimes items do not reach their destination. There is no Track and Trace facility and so we can take no responsibility for losses via Royal Mail using this service. We recommended this for light/small items only, but at your own risk

The Courier service requires signature on delivery and is guaranteed next working day delivery. We have been using this courier for many years and find they offer a good service.
Recommended for large or heavy items or if you need it urgently.

International Postage.

We offer only 1 International Postage/Shipping service 'Royal Mail International Signed for Air Mail'. It requires a signature on delivery and allows the use of Track and Trace on the Royal Mail site, Delivery times are 3 to 5 days. If over 2 Kg we will confirm shipping cost with you before dispatch.

About VAT.

We only charge VAT to relevant countries, all prices shown include VAT.
When you add items to your cart and press continue shopping, the small 'mini  shopping cart' in the left hand column will show a running total, including an estimated postage/shipping cost, with VAT added.
